Jim is the Managing Partner of Peregrine Partners – an independent management-consulting firm. Peregrine serves clients on issues ranging from developing winning strategies to redesigning operating processes to expediting successful implementation.
Previously, Jim was a partner at McKinsey & Company. In over 13 years at McKinsey, he
worked shoulder-to-shoulder with senior
executives in Fortune 500 companies to achieve major performance improvements. Leading
client/consulting teams of up to 100 people,
Jim developed extensive experience in redirecting corporate, business unit, marketing, operating,
and R&D strategies, and then implementing
required changes through organizational actions such as restructuring, process redesign, and performance management. He was a global McKinsey practice leader in commercializing technology, and worked with then Governor Voinovich (1993) to reform Workers Compensation in Ohio (saving over $2 billion).
Since founding Peregrine Partners in 1996, Jim has broadened and deepened his McKinsey experience in serving industrial and technology-intensive companies, and extended his client base to other markets. His international experience includes Europe and Korea.
Jim has, on occasion, been asked to assume line operating roles - e.g., Interim CTO/VP Products for an IT services provider. He is also the founder and President of a start-up software company that provides mobile messaging and GPS/mapping solutions for the towing and recovery industry. (see www.RangerSST.com ).
Jim is a graduate of Stanford University, earning degrees in Mechanical Engineering (MS) and Business (MBA). He serves on the Board of Agape Christian Academy and is a former Trustee at Malone University. Jim is married, with two children - one in college and one recent graduate.
Eric is a Senior Partner at Peregrine Partners – an independent management consulting firm. Peregrine serves clients on issues ranging from developing winning strategies to redesigning revenue-growth and operational processes to expediting successful implementation.
Previously, Eric had extensive experience as an operating executive at academy companies such as PepsiCo, IBM, Goodyear, NCR, SunGard, and International Game Technologies. For over six years he served clients as a consultant with McKinsey & Company.
Eric is a proven CEO/general management executive with more than 25 years of success in developing/executing innovative strategies, leading multi-thousand-person global teams, and driving improved operating results at Fortune 500 companies. He is a strategic, performance-focused, analytical, and operationally-intensive leader with a successful track record rallying organizations to win in the marketplace.

Eric is a graduate of Harvard Business School, earning an MBA, as well as the University of Illinois, earning a B.S. Industrial Engineering Degree. Eric is a single father of five and lives with his family in Colorado Springs, Colorado.
